Your date is held once the non-refundable travel fee which acts as a retainer is paid and the service agreement is signed (sent electronically for convenience). All bookings are first come, first served — dates cannot be held for trials. 

Bride Only Bookings

 Bride only bookings require $50 retainer & travel fee.

Yes! Bridal trials are optional but are highly recommended. They allow us to customize your look, test product longevity, and make any adjustments before your big day.

Most brides schedule their trial 3-6 months before the wedding, often on the same day as a dress fitting, bridal shower, or engagement photos.

Absolutely! Travel is available and fees may apply depending on distance.

Up to 8 (including the bride). Larger parties may be accommodated with additional artists upon request.

Facials, dermaplaning, lash lifts, brow lamination, spray tans, and waxing are popular bridal prep services.

Shy recommends a facial about 2 weeks prior and waxing no later than 5 days before. Spray tans & brow laminations are best done 48 hours before the wedding.

I offer customized facials tailored to your skin type and goals. Treatments may include deep cleansing, exfoliation, extractions, hydration, dermaplaning, or targeted treatments for concerns like acne, texture, or anti-aging. I focus on result driven treatments!

Brow lamination smooths and sets unruly brow hairs in place, creating a fuller, lifted look that lasts up to 6–8 weeks. Perfect for anyone who wants fluffy, defined brows without daily maintenance.

Start by booking a skin consultation or a 30 min custom facial. During your visit, Shy evaluate your skin and recommend treatments and a plan that fits your goals.

If you’re using tretinoin, retinol,  or other prescription-strength exfoliants, waxing is not recommended as these products thin the skin and increase sensitivity. Waxing while using them can cause lifting or irritation. Please discontinue use for at least 3-5 days prior to your wax, or let me know during your consultation so we can discuss safe alternatives.

Unfortunately, no. If you are currently taking Accutane (isotretinoin), waxing and most facial treatments are not safe. Accutane makes the skin extremely sensitive and fragile, which can lead to tearing, scarring, or delayed healing. You’ll need to wait at least 6–12 months after finishing Accutane before resuming waxing or advanced skin treatments. In the meantime, I can recommend gentle, supportive skincare options to keep your skin healthy.
